GINGERBREAD HOUSE: Capacity: Seats up to 85 people for an indoor banquet. Site can accommodate groups to 150 with a tent on the lawn. The site fee includes the exclusive use of grounds for 24 hours, indoor use of tables and chairs and Bose sound system.

The "Gingerbread House" may be utilized for a rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch or lunch for a significantly reduced price when scheduled along with your wedding.

The circa 1750 Colonial House(Red House) comfortably sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms. The recently renovated and VERY ROMANTIC "Silo Suite," a one bedroom cottage, formerly a summer art studio, is ideal for the wedding couple with easy access from both accommodations to the Gingerbread House. No smoking, no pets. Check in times may vary depending on whether it is used in conjunction with the Gingerbread House.
